This policy explains how Power Memo (the "App") handles your information.
The App never sends or collects personal information such as your name, email address or phone number to the developer's servers.
The App supports Sign in with Apple. The information Apple provides at sign-in (name, email address and user identifier) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the developer or any third party. You can erase it completely at any time using the "Delete account" function inside the App.
The training records and settings you enter are stored on your own device. If you use iCloud sync, that data is stored in your own iCloud account provided by Apple and synced between your devices. The developer of the App has no access to any of it.
The App uses local notifications generated on your device only. No information is sent to an external server in order to deliver them.
The App requests access to your photo library only when you save a share card as an image. Access is used solely for saving, and the App never reads your existing photos or transmits them anywhere.
Paid features are provided through Apple subscriptions. Payment is processed by Apple, and the developer never receives or stores payment information such as credit card numbers.
The App does not provide your data to third parties. It contains no behavioral analytics tools and no advertising SDKs. (For crash information sent to diagnose defects, see the next section.)
To improve stability, when the App terminates unexpectedly (crashes) it may send technical information — the error, where it occurred, your device model and OS version — to the error monitoring service Sentry (provided by Functional Software, Inc.). This information does not include personal information such as your name or email address, nor the contents of your training records. It is used only to identify and fix defects.
The App is not directed at any particular age group, and because it does not collect personal information it does not knowingly obtain personal information from children.
This policy may be revised as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
