App: Power Memo (workout tracking app)

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Power Memo (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the entire relationship between the developer and the user in connection with use of the App.

2. What the App does

The App is a training log that provides the following features.

Logging workouts (weight, reps, sets and so on)
Building and managing training splits by muscle group
Reviewing planned and completed sessions on a calendar
Aggregating logged data into graphs and automatically generated reports
Logging nutrition and body composition and reviewing the trends
Rest timer and notes

3. Subscription

Using the features of the App requires a monthly or annual subscription.

Two plans are offered: Monthly (auto-renewing, billed every month) and Annual (auto-renewing, billed every year). The price that applies is the one shown in the App and on the App Store product page for your region at the time of purchase; prices vary by region and are subject to change.
A subscription unlocks all features of the App. There are no charges beyond the subscription price.
A 7-day free trial is available when you subscribe for the first time. When the free trial ends, the plan you selected is charged automatically.
Payment is handled through Apple's in-app purchase system and charged to your Apple Account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device.
After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling partway through a period does not entitle you to a prorated refund.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not do any of the following.

Decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the App
Copy, modify or distribute the App without authorization
Interfere with the operation of the App
Anything else the developer reasonably considers inappropriate

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". The developer makes no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.
The developer is not liable for any damage arising from use of the App, including injury during training and loss of data.
Data in the App is stored on your device. The developer is not liable for data lost through device failure, loss, replacement, deletion of the App or similar causes.
The App does not provide medical advice. If you have a health condition, consult a physician.

6. Changes to and discontinuation of the service

The developer may change the contents of the App or discontinue providing it without prior notice, and is not liable for any damage caused to users by such a change or discontinuation.

7. Changes to these Terms

The developer may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
